In the unlikely chance your chess piece/s are damaged in shipping, returns will be
given as EXCHANGE only. You have one week from the date that you receive your set to either return the damaged
piece/s postmark with in one week of receiving it or email a close up picture/s of the damage with in one week of receiving
it. After that replacement pieces are available at a reasonable price to our customers only. We do not sell single pieces
to new customers. All sales are final. As you can see from our feedback on Ebay and Etsy we do every thing we can to make
our customers happy. So if you have any problems, contact us FIRST! This is the fastest way. All other resolution
solutions take a minimum of 30 days to complete.
